After about two months of hard work, data crunching and operator training Golley Slater have taken over the Army Inbound Enquiry Lines from Monday morning.
The Data team here have been working alongside the Contact Management team in Cardiff who are handling the calls. They have been working on complex data transfers between the Fulfilment House (who will send callers further information if they are thinking of a career in the Army, whether it’s Regular or Territorial) and the Army Central Database.
So, good luck to all those involved and for those interested in an Army career, get calling!!
